Brite Advisors Update: Notice from the Receivers

McGrathNicol, the Receivers of Brite Advisors Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), have issued a further notice to Corporate Trustees and Beneficiaries regarding contact that some Beneficiaries have received from a third party in relation to investment advice services.

If you are a Brite Advisors Beneficiary, we would encourage you to read the Receivers’ notice in full.

A word of caution

Before responding to any unsolicited approach about your pension monies or investment arrangements, take care to verify who you are dealing with, obtain independent regulated advice, and speak to your current trustee or scheme operator. If you hold a UK pension wrapper, decisions taken in response to an unsolicited approach could carry tax and regulatory consequences.
