What documents do you need to open a SIPP?

Here is a list of the types of documents that will be required for you to apply for an Alltrust SIPP

• A fully signed and completed SIPP Application Form
• Passport or driving license
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or Council Tax statement
• Your adviser will need to provide us with a suitability report
• If In-specie, you will need to provide a breakdown of the assets
• If you have already received pension benefits, you may have triggered a Money Purchase Annual Allowance (MPAA). This will require you to provide us with a copy of the statement issued by the scheme Administrator of the scheme which triggered this event, confirming the date of the first payment.

Your adviser must be on Terms of Business with Alltrust, or if you do not wish to use an adviser, you must have passed our Knowledgeable Investor test prior to completing an application.

Providing us with Identity verification

All applications will first require identity verification through our digital solution, ID Pal, and this will include the parent responsible for any under-16-year-olds as well as the under 16 year old.

How to complete ID pal

• Select Alltrust ID Pal from the Homepage or Click Here.
• Scan the QR code using a smartphone or tablet. You will need your passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
