The alltrust SSAS is a standalone occupational scheme offering similar flexibility to the alltrust SIPP products:

• The SSAS is principally designed for directors and key employees of small private companies who desire exclusivity and flexibility within an occupational scheme environment.

• There are some subtle differences between the investment options of a SSAS compared to a SIPP, such as secured loans to the sponsoring company, and again investments are usually pooled between the members.

• A wide flexibility is afforded within the alltrust SSAS in reference to current legislation.

• NOTE: The alltrust SSAS is not a product that is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
