The Alltrust SIPP is an individual arrangement that provides clients with considerable flexibility in terms of both investment planning and retirement options. The Alltrust SIPP is designed for those looking at more complex investment options, such as commercial property, or for those looking at a diverse range of investments. We can also accommodate the more complex areas of investment as well, such as shared ownership of property with other parties (including non-pension parties), property development and investments into unlisted shares for companies in the UK.
The Oasis Option is a lower fee option within the Alltrust SIPP. Its purpose is to cater for those individuals who are considering a single investment platform or Discretionary Fund Manager for their pension scheme. It also allows for immediate conversion to the Alltrust SIPP, and may therefore suit individuals who wish to build funds before investing in a more complex fashion.
SIPPs are complex and we believe individuals require professional financial advice before proceeding with the establishment of a SIPP. We cannot and do not offer financial or investment advice ourselves, and individuals leave themselves exposed to serious financial risk if they do not receive expert guidance. Your financial adviser should always be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
